they only sell them in the packs of 5 though, so e-bay may be a good idea for those. that could make 8, and a heavy weapon would make a squad. Foundry do 4 sqauds of 5 riot teams, with all gas masks and the like, and 2 in each team of 5 is female. The escher would be a cool conversion, but tricky to get into the imperial guard stylee.
